ABOUT US
Clos de la Barbanne is a boutique winery with a charming onsite Bed & Breakfast near the world-renowned medieval village of Saint-Émilion, part of Bordeaux's "Right Bank" region primarily known for age-worthy red wines. It is managed by Marisa and Patrick who, after years of visiting the region and falling in love with the local wine and culture, left behind their tech careers in California to pursue their passion for wine and hospitality in the heart of France’s wine country. With a deep appreciation for winemaking and a commitment to sustainable farming practices, they produce hand-harvested, premium-quality wines that reflect the terroir of the region. Their B&B provides guests with a thoughtfully warm experience, complete with large, beautifully-appointed rooms amongst the vines. Marisa and Patrick’s passion for wine and attentive hospitality shines through every aspect of their business and they are dedicated to sharing the beauty and culture of the region with their clientele.
